Some people have awful experiences with salesman/saleswomen. There are some salesman/saleswomen that just know enough to make you think they know everything. There are some that can't answer your questions, say they will get back to you and never return. I have known Brian and Chasity Vonderheide for years. He has always been very genuine and compassionate about cars and his work. I recently bought a new vehicle from the Mountain and dealt with the his son's, Brice and Brock. They are just as nice and helpful as Brian. They make is so easy for you even in another state. There is no other place I would want to deal with other than the Mountain. Where do I even start… I wasn’t in the market for a new car at all—my current car has been great and is paid off. But somehow, while it was being serviced, I ended up test driving a 2023 Nissan rogue vehicle. The first dealership just couldn’t get the pricing right or match me with the exact car I wanted—a 2023 Nissan Rogue Midnight edition awd —so I decided to take matters into my own hands and started searching on Facebook. I found a vehicle that checked every box except the color, and honestly, that wasn’t a dealbreaker. The bigger issue? Financing. I had just opened my business, and both of my credit unions denied me, saying I didn’t have traditional income and my business was too new. Still, something told me to drive an hour to see that car i found on FB—and I’m so glad I listened. I didn't know what to Expect as i also didnt know it was an actual car dealership but that made me so much more comfortable. That’s when I met Kimberly Alcantara, and let me tell you, she was amazing young lady. From the moment we started talking, it didn’t feel like a sales pitch—it felt like catching up with a friend. She was kind, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. I was very clear about my situation and expectations. I didn’t need a car, I simply wanted one—but only if it made sense. I needed in-house financing, preferred no money down (though I was open), and I wanted to stay around a $200 monthly payment. As well as a good trade amount for my Nissan Altima. Yes, I know… bold expectations—but those were my terms. Less than 10 minutes later (if that long), Kimberly came back with approval: no money down and a $214 monthly payment. For a 2023 vehicle… in 2026… that’s almost unheard of. And they even came up an additional $500 for my trade in. The entire process took about an hour, though I stayed longer just talking Kimberly’s ear off. That’s how comfortable the experience was. I truly believe God led me there. This was hands down the easiest, most genuine car-buying experience I’ve ever had—and I’ve purchased quite a few cars over the years. Huge thank you to Mountain Mitsubishi and especially Kimberly for treating me with respect, not pressure. I drove off in a beautiful 2023 Nissan Rogue with everything I wanted, a full tank of gas—and more. This wasn’t just a purchase. It was a blessing..
